Run compliance reports

Reporting scripts in scripts/ query the app’s Postgres database via kubectl exec and print to stdout.

  1. Run scripts/compliance-report.sh --format table for a per-user, per-module completion matrix.
  2. Use scripts/compliance-detailed.sh for attempt counts and scores, or scripts/audit-log.sh for every exam/quiz attempt.
  3. Append > report.csv to save CSV. Exports contain PII (names, emails) — handle per the data-classification policy and keep them out of version control.
