Deploy the training app to Epinio

The training app runs on Epinio. Deploys are cut from a release and pushed to the target namespace.

1. Target the namespace, then push from the repo root. Bound configurations mount as files under /configurations/<name>/<key>, and the app reads secrets from those paths.
2. Confirm the app is running and its route resolves.
3. The deployed image tag follows the Helm chart’s appVersion, which the release workflow sets.
