Add or update training content

Training content lives in src/data/ as JSON, one set of files per module.

1. Find the module’s files in src/data/ — <module>-slides.json, <module>-quiz.json, and <module>-exam.json.
2. Edit the slides, quiz, or exam questions. See the module content schema for the shape of each file.
3. Keep the content mapped to its source policy via the knowledge.yaml / cxaap annotations.
4. Open a PR — CI validates the JSON and (when enabled) knowledge coverage.
